The IoT SIM automatically selects the best available partner network without manual configuration. The service is supported by 400+ networks across 170+ countries.
Does the IoT SIM work with my equipment?
The Multi SIM includes Standard, Micro and Nano sizes (2FF, 3FF, 4FF) and supports 2G, 3G and 4G connectivity, depending on the device and available network.
Where are the annual plan allowances valid?
The included plan allowances are valid in all 27 European Union countries. The listed Data and SMS rates apply when using the SIM in countries not covered by the plan.
What does the IoT STATIC plan include?
IoT STATIC includes 15 GB of data and a fixed, dedicated IPv4 address for direct remote access to IoT devices.
How is the annual plan renewed?
The initial plan is activated with the SIM and remains valid for one year. It then renews automatically every year.
Can I manage multiple IoT SIMs?
Yes. The online platform lets you monitor your SIMs, usage and charges from a single dashboard. Sign in to the platform.
What happens when the included allowances are used?
After the included allowances are used, data is charged at €0.10 per MB and SMS at €0.19 each. The same rates apply in countries not covered by the plan.
How do I sign in to the platform?
You can sign in with your username and password or use a one-time code sent to the email address linked to your account. The code is valid for 5 minutes.
